Meats : Smoked Meats
We produce a range of specialist, smoked meats which are smoked naturally and slowly with oak or beech chippings and include our cured, triple smoked festive gammon hams which are so delicious they are extremely popular throughout the year.
Our hams are smoked three times to enhance their delicious flavour and aroma giving them a unique flavour with great depth (this is our special process as most other products on the market are smoked just once. They just need simple cooking before they are ready to eat.
