Meats : Sausages
Our Sausages are vacuum packed in a variety of sizes ranging from 170g retail packs to 2Kg catering packs. The recipes for all our Greek products were created by Grandfather George Sideras and have been handed down through three generations. To this day they have remained unchanged.
We also produce our own English Pork Sausages & other Continental Sausages. Ask our sales representatives for details.
Thin Loukanica: A smoked pork sausage, made from rich Cypriot red wine and aromatic spices.
Special Loukanica: Made from the same Cypriot recipe, with the added touch of extra red wine and spices to give a flavoursome finish.
Pastourma: A beef sausage cured in hot spices and garlic; thinly sliced and traditionally served with wine or an aperitif.
