All our salami is made with pure pork, which has been blended with a particular ratio of high quality pork fat and packed in a variety of sizes including 340g, 250g and 660g. We use only traditional family recipes and add our favorite spices ground whole in our special spice room. Our Smoked salamis are naturally smoked with oak chippings, air dried and vacuum packed for maximum freshness
